Data Deletion Instructions

EXEL Solar Water Heating is a brand of Red Five Energy Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. You can request deletion of personal information held by the company from website inquiries, Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, and related inquiry records.

Submit a deletion request

1. Email privacy@exelswh.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name and the email address or phone number you used for your inquiry so we can locate the records.
3. If you submitted a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, mention the platform and approximate submission date, if known.

Do not send passwords, payment information or identity-document numbers. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request before acting on it.

How requests are handled

We review verified requests for deletion of information in our website and internal inquiry records. We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any information that cannot be deleted. Records may need to be retained for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. A limited contact-suppression record may be needed to honor a request not to be contacted.

If your goal is to stop follow-up, state that in your email or tell your EXEL representative directly.

Information held by Meta

A request to EXEL does not delete information independently held by Meta. To manage information held by Facebook or Instagram, use the relevant platform’s privacy settings and account controls. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
