Who operates this website
Red Five Energy Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates this website. EXEL Solar Water Heating is a brand of the company. This policy covers information submitted through exelswh.com and xpress.solar, EXEL Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, and related inquiry communications.
Information we collect
- Website inquiries: the contact and property information you provide, such as name, phone, email, address, household size, electric bill and water-heater information, along with your consent and its recorded time.
- Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads: the information and answers you choose to submit in the displayed form, along with available lead, ad and campaign identifiers. The form shows the requested fields before you submit.
- Follow-up: inquiry status, assigned representative and contact notes recorded when handling your inquiry.
- Source information: campaign tags, landing page, referring site and affiliate referral codes. Advertising tools may also receive online identifiers and browser or device information.
How information is used and shared
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, contact you as authorized, assess your water-heating needs, and support requested estimates and services. We also use source and referral information to attribute inquiries, identify duplicates and administer follow-up.
Website homeowner inquiries are saved in our website records and forwarded to our internal inquiry-management system. Authorized staff and representatives use those records to handle inquiries. Service providers supporting website hosting, record storage and email delivery process information for those functions. Facebook and Instagram submissions are also subject to Meta’s own privacy practices.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchase.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The public website uses a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Google may receive page and event information, online identifiers, cookies, and browser or device information. A completed-inquiry conversion is tied to a successfully saved website inquiry and uses an internal reference; its event parameters do not include the homeowner’s name, email, phone or property address.
Cookie settings let you accept or reject advertising consent and change your choice. The website uses regional consent settings; rejecting consent does not necessarily prevent all network requests to Google. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of the inquiry or customer relationship, and applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. Website inquiry records use access-controlled systems; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests and contact preferences
To request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to be contacted, email privacy@exelswh.com. You can also tell your EXEL representative that you do not want further contact. Rights and any required response periods depend on applicable law.
We may request information reasonably needed to locate your records and verify that you are authorized to make the request. See our Data Deletion Instructions. Do not send passwords, payment information or identity-document numbers.
